What you need:
* dark blue, light blue, yellow and white felt rectangular sheets (you can use ay color you want really)
* 1 large white felt sheet (for the base)
* feathers
* eye mask
* rubber band roll
* scissors
* glue
Instructions
1) Cut out shapes for the body from different colors
2) Cut an oval shape from the white large felt sheet and cut out a circle for the head opening
2) Cut an oval shape from the white large felt sheet and cut out a circle for the head opening
3) Create your own pattern from the body pieces, set it up and glue it onto the white felt sheet
4) From the yellow felt cut a triangle for the beak and sew it in the middle so it stays bent. Sew it to the eye mask (bough at Michael's)
5) Glue the yellow feather pieces onto the eye mask
6) Cut out feet and put rubber band so it goes over the bottom of the shoe
My son loved this costume and got lots of compliments on it!
